Payment & dispatch
Orders are processed once your bank transfer reflects in our account. Paid orders placed before 12pm qualify for same-day dispatch on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day, except Cape Town orders.
Nationwide delivery (South Africa)
- Standard Delivery: R150, estimated 2 to 5 business days
- Express Delivery: R250, estimated 1 to 2 business days
Delivery times can be affected by weather or courier delays.
Same-day delivery (Cape Town)
Same-day delivery is available in Cape Town via Uber Connect. Fees are calculated at checkout. There are no deliveries after 7pm. Please make sure you're reachable when the driver arrives. If a parcel is returned because the driver couldn't reach you, the return delivery cost will be charged to you.
Collection (free)
Cape Town customers can collect for free between 9:30am and 10pm, or send an Uber to collect. Collection details are shared on WhatsApp once your payment has reflected.
