You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- Tags must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange
WhatsApp us on +27 75 153 5195 within 24 hours of receiving your order. If approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm whether the exchange is approved. You can then place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
