How do Bubu gowns fit?
Our Bubus are one size fits most. They have a relaxed, flowing shape that drapes beautifully on many body types. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll gladly help.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (EFT). After you place your order you'll receive our banking details. Please use your order number as the reference. Your order is processed once payment reflects.
How long does delivery take?
Nationwide standard delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days, and express takes 1 to 2 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Cape Town. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day qualify for same-day dispatch.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Cape Town customers can collect between 9:30am and 10pm, or send an Uber to collect. Collection details are shared once your order is confirmed.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 24 hours of receiving it, if it is unworn, unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
